Kundalini Activation is a gentle yet powerful energy-healing practice that taps into your body’s innate life force energy, often referred to as the "energy of consciousness." This energy, stored at the base of your spine, can be awakened to flow through your body’s energetic pathways, helping to clear blockages and restore balance.
In this trauma-informed practice, we approach your healing with deep sensitivity and care. Kundalini Activation isn’t about pushing or forcing energy; it’s about creating a safe space where your body and mind feel supported enough to release what no longer serves you, allowing you to reconnect with your true self. As the energy rises and moves through you, it can bring up sensations, emotions, or memories, each offering an opportunity for healing and release.
This practice isn’t just about activating energy; it’s about awakening the wisdom that already resides within you. It helps you reconnect with your own strength, clarity, and peace, guiding you to a place of deep self-awareness and inner harmony.
I offer both online and in-person group sessions, ensuring this sacred practice is accessible and adaptable to where you are on your healing journey. The 5-Step pathway for deep immersion and clarity.

(Setting the Intention)
We begin by gathering as a group and creating a sacred space where you can reflect on what’s currently present in your life. What are you feeling? What has been coming up for you emotionally, physically, or spiritually? In this gentle opening, we set personal intentions for the session and share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. This moment of recognition allows you to tap into your current state and open up to the healing that is about to unfold.

(Entering Stillness and Connection)
After setting our intentions, we ease into a space of stillness. Through a guided meditation alongsidfe deep immersive sounds that will allow you to melt into your mats, to relax into the present moment, helping you soften into a receptive state. This hypnotic, calming phase is where we begin to tune into the energy within. As a group, we connect not only with our own bodies, but also with the collective energy around us. It’s a time to center, quiet the mind, and prepare to tap into the deeper currents of your being.

(The Healing Activation)
This is the core of the experience, where the Kundalini energy is activated and begins to flow through your body. As the energy rises, it may bring up suppressed emotions, memories, or physical sensations and visions. I’ll guide the group through this journey with gentle support, using sound, breath, and energetic cues to help release blockages and facilitate emotional release. It’s not just about the energy moving, this is a co-creative experience, where you hold the key to unlocking your own healing. My role is to support and guide you through whatever surfaces, while holding a space of deep acceptance for whatever comes up.

(Grounding and Recalibration)
After the energy release, we gently begin to bring our awareness back to the present moment, helping to regulate the nervous system and re-establish a sense of calm and balance. I’ll guide you through grounding practices, breathing, soft movements, or visualisations, to help you reconnect with your body and feel stable after the intensity of the activation. This step ensures that your energy is integrated and that you leave the session feeling more centered and aligned.

(Reflection and Integration)
At the close of each activation, we gather as a group to reflect and share. This is a sacred space to voice the feelings, insights, or shifts that arose, allowing what surfaced to gently land. We end with calming breaths and a brief integration practice, grounding you before carrying the healing energy back into your life. This final step is about honouring your journey, anchoring clarity, and offering simple tools to support you moving forward.
Community is a powerful part of this process, it brings comfort, connection, and reminds us we are never alone in our healing. These sessions are not just individual, they are a collective experience, where our transformations ripple out to those around us.
To close, I invite everyone to write a message from the heart and place it in the center. These messages are then intuitively chosen and taken home by another participant, an offering of wisdom, reflection, or emotion that mirrors exactly what someone else may need. It’s a reminder that healing is shared, that we move through life’s depths together, and that every step is held in community.
