What does a Kindred 1-1 Session involve?
1:1 90 minute Kindred Healing Sessions are a deeply transformative experience, designed to support your healing journey with a holistic, integrative approach. These sessions draw on a vast array of modalities, including hypnosis, emotional release techniques, energy healing, and modern psychosomatic practices.
Rather than taking a conventional top-down approach, these sessions focus on a bottom-up methodology, gently tapping into the subconscious emotions and memories stored within your body. By accessing these often-hidden layers of emotion, we aim to release the tension and trauma that may be silently shaping your life.

1-1 Process

(15 minutes)
We begin with a compassionate consultation to explore what has been coming up for you. This is a safe space to share your thoughts, emotions, and any challenges you’ve been facing. By acknowledging these feelings, we lay the foundation for deeper exploration and healing.

(10 minutes)
Next, I guide you into a state of stillness and relaxation, helping you access your subconscious mind. Through an immersive guided meditation, you’ll enter a hypnotic state, allowing your body and mind to soften into receptivity. Lying comfortably, this step opens the doorway to deeper self-awareness and connection.

(40 minutes)
This is the heart of the session, where we work together to identify and release emotional and energetic blockages. Using intuitive energy work, sound healing, emotional prompts, and hypnotic methodologies, we navigate the trauma stored within your body. This is a collaborative process, you hold the power, and I simply guide and support you as you unlock the doors within yourself. Together, we bring understanding, acceptance, and release to what surfaces.

As the healing portion concludes, we shift focus to grounding and regulating your nervous system. This will included subtle breaths and subtle movements. Gently bringing you back to full consciousness, I will anchor your energy and help you reconnect to the present moment, ensuring you feel calm and balanced.

In this final step, we anchor the insights and shifts you’ve experienced into your daily life. Together, we’ll explore intentions, rituals, and practices that align with your authentic self, empowering you to embody the changes fully. You’ll leave with a clear, actionable plan to manifest the growth, clarity, and balance you’ve cultivated during your session. This step ensures that the healing continues beyond our time together, allowing your body, mind, and energy to integrate these transformations and move forward with purpose, vitality, and confidence.
